GaiaWorks Joins Hands with H&H Group to Build a Unified Global Time Management System, Successfully Launching SAP SuccessFactors Project Across 16 Countries/Regions
Following the successful foundation of its global HR digital platform in Phase I, H&H Group partnered with GaiaWorks again to complete the rollout of Phase II—the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management project—in January 2026.
Launched in June 2025, the project spans 16 countries and regions. Focusing on two core scenarios—leave and working time management—it drives H&H Group’s transition from “fragmented regional management” to a “globally unified yet locally flexible” time management framework.
Background: From Regional Disparity to Global Synergy
Founded in 1999 and listed on the Hong Kong Main Board in 2010, H&H Group (Health and Happiness (H&H) International Holdings Limited) is a global leader in premium nutrition and wellness. With core businesses in Baby (BNC), Adult (ANC), and Pet (PNC) Nutrition and Care, the Group owns renowned brands such as Biostime, Swisse, and Solid Gold. The Group is committed to providing nutrition and health products for the whole family, with its supplement business serving as a major growth engine.
As operations expanded, H&H Group faced a landscape of diverse national policies and concurrent management rules. The disparities in leave and time management across regions increased complexity, demanding a system that could balance global consistency with local flexibility. In this context, the Group sought to achieve standardized rule expression, systemic implementation, and continuous evolution capabilities on a single platform.
Implementation: Unified Modeling and Systemic Rollout
The project covers Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, Switzerland, Canada, and the USA.
Based on the SAP SuccessFactors platform, GaiaWorks worked closely with H&H Group to achieve unified modeling and systemic implementation of time management rules across multiple countries. This resulted in a framework that is both standardized and agile. During implementation, the team structured regional policies into system configurations supported by validation mechanisms to enhance consistency, transparency, and traceability in day-to-day execution.
Simultaneously, the project fully addressed information security, data security, and data privacy requirements across regions, embedding compliance measures directly into the solution design to support stable operations.
Outcomes: From System Launch to Capability Accumulation
The project represents more than just a system Go-Live; it marks a significant accumulation of global HR management capabilities:
- Unified Rule Expression: Structured modeling and centralized management of time management rules across countries.
- Operational Efficiency: Automated calculations and validations to reduce manual intervention and improve data accuracy.
- Consistent Experience: Enhanced employee and manager experience through self-service workflows.
- Scalable Framework: A reusable configuration and management framework for future market expansion and rule evolution.
Project Highlights
- Simultaneous execution across 16 countries/regions, multiple time zones, and languages.
- Flexible configuration and stable operation of complex rules on a unified platform.
- Balancing global consistency with local nuances, achieving systemic and sustainable evolution.
Conclusion
This successful launch marks a new stage for H&H Group in global HR time management.
Moving forward, GaiaWorks will continue to partner with H&H Group to drive HR optimization and innovation, focusing on global operations and workforce efficiency.
